1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, ask for a file, or contact us, we may collect: name, email address, and download history. For newsletter signup, we collect only your email address. We do NOT collect or store payment card details — all payments are processed by third-party providers.

We also keep a first-party, aggregate record of visits to this site: a daily count of page views and the number of distinct IP addresses. It exists only to show us how much traffic the studio receives. It is not used to build a profile of you, is not linked to your account or download history, and is not shared with or sold to anyone.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: deliver the files you buy or download, send download links and receipts, respond to support inquiries, and (with your consent) send occasional product updates and promotional emails.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptography. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. These are required for the studio to work and are set regardless of your choice.

Advertising is served by Google AdSense. Its script loads only after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit — accept, and it may set third-party advertising and tracking cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads; if you do not accept, no ad script is loaded at all. We never load advertising scripts on the checkout or account pages. You can also manage ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following providers to run the studio. Each one processes only what it needs for its part:

• Stripe — payment processing. Card and wallet details are entered on Stripe's own checkout interface and are never stored on our servers. Stripe handles the payment data, fraud checks and any applicable tax.
• Resend — delivery of order emails and download links. We share the email address you gave at checkout for that purpose only.
• Vultr — server hosting for the site and for our order records.
• Google AdSense — advertising, loaded only after you accept cookies (see section 4).

We do not sell personal data. Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and, where required, by a data-processing agreement with us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

CCPA (California): You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. Kyno Studio does not sell personal information. GDPR (EU/EEA): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (orders) and consent (newsletter). To exercise any of these rights, email us at kyno@kyno.ltd. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
